Six months after the event, in January this year, the Songpa Police Station officially opened a complaint against the person, who would be a woman of about 50, requesting her to attend the police station to provide clarification. However, on Monday, 31, police said the case was suspended.
Why was the complaint suspended?
As reflected by the Koreaboo Portal, the suspension happened, as authorities believe it can take a considerable time that the accused appears, as it is not in South Korea.
The portal also states that, according to the investigation rules, if the accused is abroad for more than two months, he is severely ill, cannot face an interrogation for a long period, or simply not found, police may suspend the case until the situation is resolved.
