The sale of tickets for Eurovision-2025 in Switzerland began at 10:00 local time, and after 7 minutes all the places for the main show were sold.
Eurovision fans sold all tickets for the 2025 song contest, held in the Swiss Basel, in just 7 minutes.
According to the DPA with a reference to the Swiss Radio Broadcasting Corporation (SRF), sales began at 10:00 local time. Due to the great demand, only pre-registered users have access to the purchase, and one can buy the maximum of four tickets.
Tickets for rehearsal shows also spread immediately – they were purchased for 20 minutes. In total, 42 thousand tickets were sold in the first wave of sales.
Organizers have announced that they are planning additional sales rotation, but the exact number of available areas is still unknown. It is expected that in the future it is possible to buy from 50 to 60 thousand tickets. A special online platform will also be created for safe resale of tickets.
The cost of tickets varies from 40 to 350 Swiss francs (from 44 to 385 dollars).
