The main film awards, the Oscars, are about to announce the list of nominees! The revelation, which will come from the Hollywood Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization responsible for the awards, will be made this Thursday, the 23rd.
What time will the list of Oscar 2025 nominees be revealed?
The names that should compete for the golden statuette will become public at 10:30 am (Brasília time), in the Academy’s official broadcast that will take place on YouTube. On that occasion, the live will be led by Rachel Sennott(Death Death Death) and Bowen Yang (Wicked).
In addition, the streaming platforms Disney+ and Hulu will make the broadcast available at 11:30 am, and it will also be possible to see advertisements on the Academy’s social networks.
For Brazilian film lovers, the award has a special appeal. This is because the film “I’m Still Here”, starring the actress Fernanda Torresmay be nominated in the Best International Film category. In the same category, it is also possible to find the animated title chosen as Best Animation at the Golden Globes, an award held on January 5th: “Flow”.
