Obstacles on the way. I’m completely dyslexic. I wasn’t made to read, write, or count. I had a hell of an education, but I never suspected it.

Do we have to go back to the origins? My mother was a teacher, my father was a banker. He experienced a meteoric rise in social status, even though he came from a very working-class background. I’ve heard everything you can tell a little girl to keep her from succeeding. Nothing can touch me today.
The device that started it all. My history teacher, in my last year, told me that I should be a journalist with my analytical mind.
