Check out the publication:

Hello ARMY. Are you having a hot end of year season? It’s a relief that the weather doesn’t feel so cold yet. I think it’s been a long time since I greeted ARMY through a song. I’m recalling the pleasant memories I had while preparing for the duet with Hyo Shin hyung, who I really like, as well as my cover of Bing Crosby’s respected song, which will be released soon. Come to think of it, it’s already December.

To be honest, the reason I’m posting this is because Yeontan recently went on a long journey to the stars. I worried about how to tell you this, but seeing how ARMYs loved Yeontan so much until now, I thought it was right for me to tell you, and that’s how I ended up delivering the news like this. I hope your holiday season is a warm one where you can tell the loved ones around you that you love them, once again.

I hope ARMYs are healthy until the day I can meet them again. I love you. Thanks.

Followed by stories on Instagram, the idol also shared some moments with his beloved dog.

Yeontan was immortalized by Vwho used the dog’s image as the cover of his first studio album, Layover, in addition to also being present on the cover of the remix of the Christmas single “White Christmas”, with Bing Crosby.

Rest in peace, Yeontan!
