Five members of the film crew of the film Dovbush died, seven were listed as missing while serving at the front. The director of the film, Oles Sanin, revealed this in an interview with the Media Detector source.
Currently, 70 project participants, including actors, stuntmen, film technicians and cameramen, are in the ranks of the Armed Forces and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Among them is the cameraman Sergei Mikhalchuk, who serves in reconnaissance on the contact line in the Kursk region, as well as two actors who joined the 68th Jaeger Brigade named. Oleksa Dovbush.
Sanin and his team continue to actively promote the film, but it is noted that the film industry is facing difficulties – due to the lack of government funding, the cultural budget has been reduced several times. The filmmaker also added that when asked what his next film would be, he replied that “my next film is a success.”
