Prada is moving into the holiday season
Prada
The future isn’t just knocking on our doors anymore, it’s inviting itself into our meals. For the holiday season, Prada invites us to redefine tradition with a daring campaign called “The Dinner Guest”. Shot by Belgian photographer Willy Vanderpere, the campaign images feature an eclectic cast of international talent gathered around a Christmas table. Among them are American actor Calvin Harrison Jr., actress Maya Hawke, South Korean Cape pop star Karina and British actor Louis Partridge. Rounding out this cast are unexpected guests: two robots named Tricks and a giant bear. The house’s iconic accessories, such as a velvet hair clip, a Prada Brique bag in Saffiano leather or even an embroidered shirt, are even scattered throughout this luxurious decor. End of the year celebrations with a sign of modernity.

Palais Galliera puts on a hat
Koto Bolofo
This is the first time in 40 years that the Palais Galliera has opened its doors to host an exhibition dedicated to hat art. It is called Stephen Jones, Artist Hats. This event dedicated to the famous British fashion designer gives an opportunity to discover the creative process of this artist through 400 works. Hats, silhouettes, archives and even drawings penetrate the heart of the Parisian museum. The latter particularly explores the connection between Paris and the millinery. We discover themes related to the City of Lights, or the connections that Stephen Jones maintained with prestigious houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier or Christian Dior, with whom he has collaborated for more than thirty years. : Hat!

Carel celebrates its iconic babies
To sew
In October, Carel celebrates a pivotal moment in its history. The French house, known for its leather goods and shoes, is celebrating both the 60th anniversary of its famous strappy babies and the 10th anniversary of the Kina model. The latter, inspired by the house’s first archives, stands out for its vintage look and three adjustable straps. To mark the occasion, Carel is introducing a limited edition series of 25. These include the Peche model, the leopard-print Mary Jane, a revised version of the crocodile-print Kina, and the Banane boot, dressed in recycled blue denim. Handmade in Italy, these pieces combine know-how and boldness. Already wearing Twiggy’s icon in the 60s, Mary Jane continues to seduce current generations, from singer Angel to British fashion designer Alexa Chung. A timeless piece that is always ready to surprise us.

The creative collection of Bobo Choses
Bobo selection
Fun, cross-generational and above all, environmentally friendly. These are the key words of the Bobo Choses label’s iconic collection. The Spanish sustainable clothing brand presents the most popular motifs, such as apple slices, all using innovative materials. As evidenced by the use of Seacell, a substance made from seaweed cellulose or Recycrom, a dye that allows clothing to be dyed without using harmful chemicals. A red sweatshirt with an apple print, a t-shirt or even leggings with orange borders are the result of this collection. These pieces are made from vintage collections, all available for adults and children.
