5 memorable moments from J-Hope’s first live, from BTS, after his military discharge

J-Hopefrom BTS, is back! The idol, who completed 18 months of military service in the 36th Infantry Division of Gangwon Province, South Korea, was discharged from the army this Thursday, the 17th.

After leaving the barracks, he was greeted by BTS’ oldest member, Jinwho brought him a bouquet of flowers, in addition to speaking to the local press, where he thanked the fans for the support received, the presence of reporters and the citizens of Wonju.

1. THANKS TO THE ARMY

Right at the beginning of the live, J-Hope He reflected on his discharge and the time spent in the battalion, leading him to thank his fans for their support, as he said that it was through the ARMY’s affection that he managed to finish his enlistment well.

Wow, 1 year and 6 months… that’s a long time… and during that time, to fulfill my duties as a Korean citizen, I was able to live as Jung Hoseok for those 1 year and 6 months, and now I’m back as J- Hope. It looks a little new! Well, Jung Hoseok is J-Hope and J-Hope is Jung Hoseok, but anyway, thanks to you, I managed to finish my military service healthy and well! From now on, I will create a path of flowers for you to walk on.

He then highlighted once again how important it was to have his fans by his side during this period and his desire to reciprocate their support. “Thanks to you, I managed to come back safely. 2. JIN’S ENVY?

In the same live, J-Hope revealed that it was a difficult period, as he didn’t have much time to study or do activities outside of those relevant to his role in the army, as the idol was promoted to training instructor. Still, he was happy, highlighting the welcome party he received from the team, revealing that when it was his turn Jinhe felt envious.

But realistically, everyone in the army can do a lot of things, but we don’t have free time. I was so physically tired. I would like to study, but after working with soldiers as an assistant instructor, I had more time to work. And study afterwards? It was difficult. From now on, I think of it as the third chance. 3. ARMY REPORTS

Again J-Hope highlighted ARMY’s love by revealing that he read handwritten letters from fans during enlistment. “I read a lot of letters while I was in the army. I read the letters you guys wrote by hand one by one, and for the first time in a long time, I felt them. I really felt all the emotions and support you had for BTS and J-Hope and how sincere they really were with us (when reading the letters).”

Furthermore, he showed a poster that, among texts and photos, brings together some memories of the battalion, and among them, he highlighted the meals they ate together.

4. GIFTS FROM IDOLS
