Fringes
In skirts, dresses or jackets, fringes are rocking everywhere. Asymmetry

It’s been a fashion favorite for designers for decades. Sheer appears on any type of garment, it can both reveal the skin and be used as a layering material. In both cases, it continues to be used with subtlety and elegance.
