In a recent video, Min Hee Jin revealed a little more about the plans she had for the next few years of NewJeans’ career.
After the release of a behind-the-scenes video of NewJeans’ fan meeting at the Tokyo Dome, the speech by Min Hee Jinformer CEO of ADOR and responsible for developing the group, began to resonate on social media.
This is because, in her statement, the businesswoman claims that she had a seven-year plan for the group, but that, due to recent conflicts with HYBE, these plans became uncertain, especially after her departure from the position of CEO.
“I have a project I have planned that goes into the distant future and includes the big picture of NewJeans’ seven years. It felt like I was completing each mission on the map each year,” Hee Jin said. “So honestly, it’s a future full of rainbows for me, and my wish is to reach that destination safely and in the best way possible. If everything goes as planned, I’m confident that I can bring something new with each album.”
The businesswoman continued her speech demonstrating the uncertainty surrounding the group’s activities:
“But now, it seems like these things were taken for granted in the past, and now I wish for something to become a reality. So I hope we can get to that point safely.
People live in hope, and I have discussed the plans mentioned before with the members. We can overcome the difficulties because we have aspirations to carry out the plans I have mentioned and discussed with the members. I hope this will not end up being a disappointment to the members.
As these plans have been shared with the members, I think my hope for this to become a reality has grown even more, because I don’t want to disappoint.”
