The actor’s daughter shared a video of Samurai on her Instagram account on Friday, September 6. A way to always pay tribute to the actor, who died in August at the age of 88.
Alain Delon’s daughter is still mourning her father’s death on August 18 at the age of 88. About 10 days ago, Chet’s funeral took place at his home in Duchy, where Anushka and her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, gathered. The memory of all these painful moments is fresh and this Friday, September 6, around midnight, the latter published a video of the actor as a final tribute. He appears in a scene in the film Les Acteurs, released in 2000 and directed by Bertrand Blier, who was 65 years old at the time. “You must always sit in an armchair, my son, for a friend who comes to say good evening. An armchair named after him makes him happy…” he says on the screen, with the caption echoing his daughter Anuchka.
Rest in peace
A feature film in which he starred alongside famous actors of his age, including Pierre Arditi, Jean-Paul Belmondo, François Berlean, Claude Brasseur, Gérard Depardieu, Jean-Pierre Mariel and Maria Schneider. Perhaps Anuchka chose this sequence, which has been liked nearly 5,000 times on Instagram, to once again show the extent of her father’s genius and charisma, even at the dawn of old age. A post that was also appreciated by his mother, Alain Delon’s ex-partner, Rosalie Van Breemen, who commented on the post with several emojis representing two hands joined in prayer.
