Who are the strongest Marvel characters?

Meet 5 of the most powerful characters in the entire Marvel universe built in comics

When imagining the strongest Marvel characters, it is possible that the common answer is directed towards the Marvel Cinematic Universe where Hulk, the green giant who can destroy large structures, or even Thanos, who in addition to obtaining gigantic physical capabilities, also has telepathic powers and enormous intelligence, could be mentioned.

But despite these figures holding enormous powers, there are creatures, deities, forces and even mutants created in comic books that have greater resistance in battles than those mentioned above. If you don’t know who they are, don’t worry, we’ve listed below the five most powerful characters in the main chronology, set in Universe 616. Check it out!

5. Scarlet Witch

The character that appeared in 1964 through the fourth edition of “X-Men” was included as a great sorceress, but spent much of her career in the comics being portrayed as a mutant holder of the X gene.

The uncertainty about their origin also permeated their powers, as they were not well established. However, they emerged with the ability to alter probabilities that after being discovered as a result of Chaos Magic, Wanda Maximoff began to use it to get everything she wanted, resulting in complete changes in the universe such as the creation of the M Dynasty, where she transformed all mutants into humans.

Furthermore, Wanda has already resurrected the dead, and her powers can resist even the Phoenix Force.

4. Eternity

Present throughout the Multiverse, Eternity is the representation of all life in the galaxy, being a way for the Universe to interact individually with key agents in moments of serious crisis.

In addition to existing as long as the universe, Eternity has cosmic consciousness and often guides Marvel’s most powerful heroes when threats begin to emerge and harm the existence of the Universe.

3. Living Court

Responsible for mediating all events in the Multiverse, the Living Tribunal must judge and condemn entire universes that threaten the balance of the cosmos, thus obtaining practically infinite powers.

2. Beyonder

The Beyonder was created to be his own reality, acting as a complete universe. However, after glimpsing the Earth, he discovered the existence of other creatures and decided to explore it, where he conquered the entire planet with just a thought.

The character is an omnipotent, interdimensional and multi-universal entity that holds physical powers capable of changing reality, in addition to holding any possible power (in theory).

1. The One Above All
