The incident of Sucks was reported earlier this month, during the early hours of August 7, when he was found by a police officer after falling on the street alone while riding an electric scooter. When he approached to help him, the officer smelled alcohol, which resulted in him receiving a fine and having his driver’s license confiscated.
But according to Yongsan Police (via TV Chosun), the investigation has now been completed, and officials plan to forward the idol’s case to prosecutors later this week.
