VIDEO – The continuation of the adventures of the Sanderson sisters will be broadcast on September 30 on the Disney+ channel. Meanwhile, Disney just released a trailer, and Sarah Jessica Parker is still here.

Disney has released a trailer for the film Hocus Pocus 2:, where the Salem witches (Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy) return to duty with their infernal trio. Avoided by the audience at the exit of the rooms in 1993. Hocus Pocus Kenny Ortega’s has become a Halloween classic for generations of children over the years, especially with its massive distribution in video clubs. After years of rumors and fan mobilization campaigns, the fantasy comedy finally got its sequel.
Another wizard in town?
Plot details for this second opus, however, are scarce. It’s been 29 years since someone relit the Black Flame candle and resurrected the 17th century sisters. These, executed for practicing witchcraft, now seek revenge. Now three high school girls (Whitney Peake, Lilia Buckingham and Belisa Escobedo) must stop the Sanderson sisters from wreaking havoc in Salem, Massachusetts this Halloween. The trailer hints that one of these young ladies may have magical powers of her own as well.
Filming, which took place in Providence, Rhode Island, began last fall with purpose-built structures around the city to add to the scenery. “I’m extremely excited about the sequel to such a beloved film Hocus PocusAnn Fletcher, the director of this second part, announced. Hocus Pocus 2: will be available to stream on Disney+ on September 30, to coincide with the start of the Halloween season.
