In a recent interview, Jin said that fans can look forward to his next solo project, which does not yet have a release date.
Jinmember of BTS, is the face that graces the new cover of the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar Korea magazine where, in addition to commenting on his new partnership with the luxury brand Gucci, of which he was recently announced as ambassador, the star also comments a little more about his upcoming solo projects.
For having been the first member of the group to be released from military service, after completing the 18 months of mandatory enlistment, Jin is currently preparing to launch his new project as a soloist while the other members are still in the army, generating great expectations from fans.
During the interview, the star made some analogies to try to reveal, without giving spoilers, what fans can expect from the release.
“Without giving too much away… I think it will be fun to present [as faixas]. Every song is different, so I can’t say for sure, but if I were to compare them to flavors, there would be soda, popping candy, and dark chocolate flavors. I hope you guys are looking forward to it,” he said.
The singer continued his speech by stating that he has been very happy lately. “I’ve been busy with work every day, and just being able to work at this moment makes me happy, so I’m smiling. I want to continue bringing happiness to ARMY (BTS’s official fan club) through my work. If I can make someone happy, that would be a great happiness for me!”
So far, there is still no information about when the new solo album will be released. Jin should be released. BTS is only expected to reunite as a full group in 2025, when all members are discharged from military service.
