Celebrate International Friendship Day through these children’s stories with important lessons about feelings, cooperation and kindness

Children’s books are a true friend to children, especially when it comes to developing a love of reading and strengthening social and emotional skills. Just like their real-life counterparts, books offer companionship, learning and comfort.

With International Friendship Day approaching on July 30, it is the perfect time to celebrate this special relationship between children and the magical world of literature.
