Remember some secondary characters from classic Pixar animations that are loved by everyone and impossible to forget
Last week, the animation “Inside Out 2” premiered in world cinemas, a new Disney and Pixar film that takes us once again into the mind of young Riley, who has just turned 13 and, with the onset of adolescence, will need to deal with arrival of new emotions and challenges. Watch the trailer!
Just like in the “Inside Out” franchise, throughout its history, Pixar was known for, in addition to presenting striking and charismatic protagonists, it also had secondary characters that were welcomed by the public and came to be admired as much as the main ones.
With that in mind, RECREIO put together a list of five secondary Pixar characters that are impossible to forget. Check out!
1. Francis (A Bug’s Life)
In “A Bug’s Life”, Francis is often mistaken for a woman, simply because he is a ladybug — something that makes him furious. He works as a clown in PT Flea’s circus, however, after being fired, he and the other circus insects end up teaming up with Flik to defeat Hopper’s group of grasshoppers.
2. Roz (Monsters Inc.)

Who doesn’t remember the famous phrase “I’m watching you, Wazowski. Every day… every day!”? In “Monsters Inc”, Roz is initially presented as an employee of the energy company where she took care of the keys responsible for the doors where the monsters were directed to the human world, with the aim of acquiring the children’s screams — and which had a certain dislike for Mike Wazowski. In the end, we discover that Roz is actually a high-ranking agent at the Child Detection Agency, responsible for keeping both worlds safe.
3. Edna Moda (The Incredibles)

NO COVERS! The beloved Edna Moda is the designer responsible for the costumes of the main heroes of “The Incredibles”. When superheroes became banned, she began to venture into the world of traditional fashion, however, she always felt that this field did not give her enough challenges. When Roberto Pêra, Mr. Incredible, decides to return to heroism, she takes responsibility for creating his new costume, in addition to designing uniforms for his entire family, based on each one’s powers — and of course, without any cape.
4. Mr. Potato Head (Toy Story)

The “Toy Story” franchise has a vast list of characters loved by the public. One of the most beloved is Mr. Potato Head who, unlike many of the other toys, appears as a more centered and serious figure, even being pointed out as the possible villain of the plot in some fan theories. Despite this, he ends up softening after the arrival of Mrs. Potato Head.
5. Bing Bong (Inside Out)

In the first “Inside Out” film, a character that was extremely adored by the public is Bing Bong, the imaginary friend that Riley created when he was just three years old. Containing the shape of a large pink elephant, he is responsible for being at the girl’s side on different adventures. However, as Riley grows up, Bing Bong ends up being forgotten, and disappears from the girl’s mind.
