The global cinema screening of records from the ‘BORN PINK’ world tour will be part of the celebrations of BLACKPINK’s 8th anniversary of debut
This Thursday, the 20th, BLACKPINK announced that it will go to cinemas worldwide! Through social media, the memorable girl group revealed that they will take their latest world tour “BORN PINK” to the big screen, as part of the celebration of their eight-year debut anniversary.

The synopsis of the concert film released on the production’s official website says:
“BLACKPINK’s BORN PINK tour that captivated the world hits the big screen, celebrating the group’s 8th anniversary since its debut!
Attracting an audience of 1.8 million and breaking global records for girl group tours, experience the energy of live performances in theaters around the world!
Featuring the iconic ‘Hanok’ set that mesmerized fans and press around the world, the film showcases an unprecedented scale of production, featuring uniquely arranged versions of BLACKPINK’s hit songs exclusive to this show and spanning performances from Seoul’s Gocheok Dome , along with footage from other cities on the global tour.

Global ticket sales are scheduled to take place next week, on June 27th. The international screening will be on July 31st in selected cinemas.
