How does BTS save members’ contacts on their cell phones?

When we talk about contacts on a cell phone, each person has their own specific way of saving numbers. While some prefer to put the person’s full name or the place where they know them, others opt for cute and funny nicknames, accompanied by emojis.

In BTS, this is no different, and the way each of the seven members saves the members’ names was revealed by the artists in an interview with D’ICON (via Koreaboo). Check out!

Jungkook

Being the maknae of BTS, Jungkookrevealed that he saves members’ contacts with their real names, followed by the expression “hyung”, used by men to refer to another older man. This way, they are saved as “Namjoon Hyung” (RM), “Seokjin Hyung” (Jin), “Yoongi Hyung” (Suga), “Hoseok Hyung” (J-Hope), “Jimin Hyung” (Jimin) and “Taehyung Hyung” (V).

About that, Vdecided to adopt the suffix “-ssi”, a formal term to refer to Mr./Mrs. for the older members, and nicknames for their maknae line friends, including a reference to the lyrics of “Serendipity” in the contact details.
