Plot

The second animation in the franchise will follow Moana on a new mission, as, after receiving a special call from her ancestors, she will face the distant seas of Oceania to find new people beyond the island where she lives.

In the first teaser, Moana says: “This is a call from my ancestors to sail with other stars and reconnect our people across the ocean.”

However, Moana won’t do it alone. For this adventure, she will once again count on the help of the demigod Maui, as well as her pets, the rooster HeiHei and the pig Pua. More than her old traveling partners, she will also have a new crew.
