The projects were chosen because of their importance and significant contribution to the cultural heritage of Ukraine.
The European Solidarity Fund for Ukrainian Films allocated 400 thousand euros for eight projects. This was reported by the State Film Agency.
5 documentaries and 3 feature films will receive support.
These are documentaries: Listening to the World, directed by Elizabeth Smith; Maidan Time Machine, directors Vladimir Tikhy and Roman Lyuby; Silent Flood, directed by Dmitry Sukholitky-Sobchuk; Daughter, director Egor Olesov; The Soldier’s Journey, directed by Elena Maxem.
As well as featured films: Timestamp, director Ekaterina Gornostay, To Victory!, director Valentin Vasyanovich, War in the eyes of animals, director Miroslav Slaboshpitsky, Yulia Shashkova, Alexey Mamedov, Maxim Tuzov, Andrey Lidagovsky, Svyatoslav Kostyuk.
