The wife of celebrity attorney George Clooney was among the experts who called for arrest warrants against Israeli and Hamas leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

And the conclusions were published on May 20 in the report posted on the website of the ICC. “We unanimously conclude that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Hamas leaders have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, including hostage-taking, murder and crimes of sexual violence,” he explained.
The Israeli prime minister and the Israeli defense minister are also accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity, as well as other methods such as “starvation, murder, persecution and extermination.” Consequently, the ICC followed their advice and is now seeking an arrest warrant, the first against an ally of the United States.
