Last year, the film Stop-Earth directed by Ekaterina Gornostai won the Best Film category.
The Ukrainian Film Academy announced the nominees for the VIII annual national film awards Gold chicken.
Leading the number of nominations is the film La Palisade, presented in 14 categories. Followed by a ribbon dovbush, which had 13 nominations, and the film closed out the top three Lessons in Tolerance – eight nominations.
In the category Best movie will fight:

It was previously reported that a film about former world heavyweight boxing champion and current mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko will open the 31st British documentary film festival Sheffield DocFest.
