More on Onew’s hiatus
In June last year, SM Entertainment announced that Onew he would not participate in the next promotional activities for the group’s comeback, which took place on the 26th of that month with the group’s eighth full album, “HARD”, nor would he take part in the next shows, due to the emergence of a complicated health condition.
At the time, the company said that the idol underwent exams and medical consultations and the experts’ recommendation was that Onew received adequate care and rest, resulting in nearly a year’s hiatus so he could focus on recovery.
