This Friday, the 19th, the Pixar surprised the swifities with a curious gift! The fans of Taylor Swift Those who also like the studio’s productions were able to check out artwork from famous films with the same aesthetic as ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, the blonde’s album that was released today.
The first illustration shows Sid ‘Toy Story’ (1995) in black and white accompanied by the phrase: “My boy breaks only his favorite toy”, which in Portuguese means: “My boy only breaks his favorite toys”. Look:
Below, Sadness from ‘Inside Out’ (2015) appears with the phrase “Down”, followed by Amber and Wade from ‘Elements’ (2023) with the statement: “But I love him”.
Another that shows Wall-e and Eve, with the description: “I can fix it (no, really I can)” and Boo, from ‘Monsters Inc.’ (2001), with the question: “Who’s scared of me ?”.
Finally, Ellie and Carl Fredericksen appear, the couple from ‘Up: High Adventures’ who receive two images, the second being the most painful, as the film’s protagonist appears without his wife by his side accompanied by the statement “I can do this with a broken heart.”
It is worth mentioning that ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ is the 11th studio album by Taylor. The album was released with 16 tracks, at midnight, but two hours later, the artist published a second part with 15 extra songs; listen below!
