It turns out that a few tips can improve your technique and therefore your running, says athletic trainer Lucille Woodward. Stop wanting to add miles

First, the coach advises you to stop wanting to increase the number of kilometers during your outings too quickly and instead recommends running less, but more often. “When you start running, 30 or 40 minutes at a time is too much,” Lucille Woodward reports.
