The international song competition will take place in the Swedish city of Malmo. The winner will be announced on 11th May at the grand final.
Representatives of Ukraine in the song competition Eurovision 2024 Alyona alyona and Jerry Heil will perform in the first semi-final as number five. This was reported by the press service of the competition following the result of the draw.
In total, 18 representatives from different countries will take the stage on May 7. In particular, the founding countries of the show are Great Britain, Germany and Sweden. Under the new rules, representatives of the Big Five countries and the host country Eurovision 2024 will perform live for the first time in the semi-finals.
However, they still qualify automatically for the grand final, which will take place on May 11.
This year in Eurovision 37 countries are participating. Bookmakers are currently tipping Croatia to win.
