Eurovision will take place in May in the Swedish city of Malmo. The semi-finals will be held on May 7 and 9, the grand final of the competition will take place on Saturday, May 11.
Fans from more than 80 countries around the world will come to Malmö to watch at least one of the nine shows of the singing competition. This is stated on the Eurovision website.
In particular, foreign buyers account for 66% of the total number of tickets sold. The remaining 34% are from Sweden.
Topping international ticket sales was the UK, which showed impressive levels of excitement, selling more than double the amount of tickets than host country Sweden.
At the same time, the United States and Australia stand out among the highest levels of ticket buyers. The furthest fans will come from New Zealand.

It was previously reported that Israel agreed to change the lyrics of its Eurovision song to avoid disqualification.
