Sports family

In response to Elsa Wolinski, who asks her what allows her to maintain her body, Carla Bruni says that she plays sports and always has. “I come from a family of athletes, everyone is involved in sports,” he says. Breathing and stretching

To work on the appearance of the stomach during menopause, Carla Bruni mentions former professional dancer Celine Roy’s method, which she says is “awesome”. “It’s not just about ‘detoxing’ your abs, weight training or Pilates, it’s a way to relieve stress. This breathing that he has, using the extension of the stomach, the fact of holding the arch, it changes absolutely everything. […]. I breathe a little more every day.”
