The sudden news was surprising, right? To be honest, I wanted to tell you myself because I didn’t want you to worry about unnecessary things, but it came out before I could. I’ve been thinking about this a lot since last year, so I talked about it with the members and the company,” Taemin revealed in a message on the Bubble platform (via Koreaboo).
However, it is worth remembering that the agency stated that, even with the end of the idol’s exclusive contract, SHINee will continue to be active with him and all other members. In the same other message, the idol reaffirmed what SM said, reassuring fans.
