Discover what the Harry Potter characters would be like if they lived in the animated universe ‘The Simpsons’
Launched just over two decades ago, the “Harry Potter” franchise, created by the author J.K. Rowling, remains one of the most successful and popular in the world. In addition to receiving an acclaimed adaptation in theaters, the saga will also become a series on HBO Max.
The production will adapt the events of all seven original books, and will feature an entirely new cast. As reported by The Wrap (via Omelete), the series, which will be produced by the creator of this universe herself, should be developed “for a decade”. So far, there is still no release date.
In addition to film adaptations, many fans end up creating different versions of the franchise on the internet. With the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, this practice has become even easier, making it easier for Potterheads to present classic characters in ways we would never have imagined.
On Instagram, the AI Dreams profile (@the_ai_dreams) used Artificial Intelligence to take Harry Potter to the world of animation, creating versions with the aesthetics of “The Simpsons” and “Rick and Morty”.
In addition to the Golden Trio, other great characters from the saga were also reinvented, such as Luna Lovegood, Sirius Black, Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, Cedric Diggory, Remus Lupin, Neville Longbotton, Draco Malfoy, Lord Voldemort, Minerva McGonagall, Ginny Weasley, Fred and George Weasley, Hagrid, Bellatrix Lestrange, Dobby, Dolores Umbridge and Lucius Malfoy.
