Wendy, from Red Velvet, makes a special request to her fans

During a video call with a fan, Wendy made a special request for all the ReVeluvs. Find out which one it was!

Within the k-pop universe, something quite common is the habit of fans sending trucks with LED signs in front of the companies responsible for their favorite groups, asking for some improvements in the artists’ career management.

This type of “intervention” is nothing new, and can happen with groups that have just debuted, even those that are already established in the industry — like Red Velvet.

Over the girl group’s 10-year career, ReVeluvs (Red Velvet’s official fan club) have sent countless trucks to SM Entertainment asking for improvements in the management of their activities as a group and as soloists.

During a video call with a fan, Wendytouched on the subject of trucks while the two talked about the idol’s creative freedom in creating her music. In the conversation, as reported by the Koreaboo portal, Luvie jokingly asked if they should send messages or trucks to the company as a form of protest, however, the idea was promptly denied by the main vocalist.

Check out the description of the conversation:

Fan: Do fans have to get up and send messages to SM and get the trucks up there? Should we do this?

Wendy: No no no no no! Come on, no more trucks, no more emails.

Fan: Hahaha ok, no more trucks.

Wendy: No more trucks, and no more emails. Come on, it’s been 10 years for us. We can handle this, we have some power!

Fan: I know, I’m just kidding because that’s how everyone does it now…

Wendy: Yes I know.
