This Saturday, December 9, the Wells family shared their traditional greeting card alongside the Christmas festivities, as they do every year. Next to his mother, the eldest of the brothers and sisters seems to have gained a few centimeters.
He strikes a pose, standing next to his mother, who has her arms around his waist. Prince George, 10, played the traditional family photo game that his family shares every year to wish Brits a happy birthday. The black and white photo features her father Prince William, her younger sister Princess Charlotte (age 8) and brother Prince Louis (age 5) with a slightly old-fashioned, almost retro grain. The head of the family wears a look that’s both elegant and laid-back, dark pants and a white shirt, with neat hair and a hand in his pocket. “Our family Christmas card for 2023,” the Wells family wrote in the caption, along with tree and heart emojis.
Together at Christmas
The photo was taken by photographer Josh Shinner earlier this year in Windsor. The latter posed the family members in jeans, for the most part, except for little Louis, who was wearing Bermuda shorts. The photo was shared on social media on Saturday, December 9, while the tribe attended the annual Christmas caroling ceremony the day before, titled: Together at Christmas, under the vaults of Westminster Abbey. The event, which was created to “thank everyone who is doing so much to support babies, young children and families in our communities across the UK” during the Covid-19 crisis, celebrated its third edition, again with a Kate Middleton push.
