The Swedish city of Malmo will host the Eurovision Song Contest in May 2024. The grand final will take place at the Malmö Arena on Saturday 11 May.

This year, the designers developed the concept of the country’s Musical DNA, combining three symbols: heart – Eurovision Song Contest logo; musical waves – Lines during movement give a sense of rhythm, volume and vibration from sound waves and stylized shapes sometimes DNAas an allusion to the dance of lines, musical waves and vibrations.
“Our goal is to create a single design for the National Selection for several years. So that the Ukrainian National Selection can be recognized by both Ukrainians and the international audience at the first sight and first sound. Therefore, it is important for us to show the essence of this design project: the National Selection opens songs in which the country’s musical DNA is encoded to show the character of current Ukrainian music on the international music stage,” said the head of Ukrainian delegation to Eurovision Song. It should be noted that this year 389 people sent applications to participate in the national selection. Today, November 9, Suspilne will announce a long list of only 20 participants.
