New film about Snoopy and the Charlie Brown Gang confirmed

The new film about Snoopy and the Charlie Brown Gang will be available on Apple TV+

A new film from Peanuts is confirmed on Apple TV+! According to information released by the Deadline portal (via Omelete), Apple Studios is already developing the first feature-length film starring Snoopy and his friends.

So far, the production does not yet have a defined title, and is expected to present an unprecedented adventure where Charlie Brown, alongside his best friends, will go to the big city, discovering the true meaning of friendship.

The film, which will be made entirely in computer graphics, is expected to begin production in 2024. This will be Apple Studios’ first original film in partnership with WildBrain and Peanuts Worldwide.

For now, there is still no release date for the film. What is known is that the script will be signed by Karey Kirkpatrickbased on an original story by Bryan Shulz, Craig Shulz It is Cornelius Ulianowhile the steering will be controlled by Steve Martino.

Through a statement, Craig commented on the emotion of creating a new story for the little group so loved around the world: “It’s very special to carry on my father’s legacy [Charles M. Shulz, criador dos Peanuts] with a new original story from me, my son Bryan and his writing partner, Neil“.
