8 desserts you must try once in a lifetime in Paris, according to the World Taste Atlas

This Croatian website, which describes itself as a global encyclopedia of flavors, has created a ranking of the world’s 150 pastries that you must try once in your life. It includes desserts from eight Parisian addresses.

Paris and its pastries. The fruits of the know-how of chefs who have left their mark in history, some of the leading creations of the “City of Lights” appeared on September 13 in the ranking approved in French by the World Taste Atlas, the “global flavor encyclopedia”. Based on the votes of Internet users, the atlas compiled a list of 150 “legendary” desserts that should be tasted once in your life. Among them are eight Parisian sweets.

Angelina Montblanc

An important meeting place for high society in the 19th century, the Tea Room Angelina is an institute of Parisian gastronomy. A reputation built especially by the house’s signature dessert, the Mont-Blanc. Its whipped cream dome, topped with a drizzle of brown cream, inspired by women’s hairstyles of the early 20th century, contains a dry and crunchy French meringue.
