DC’s newest film, “Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom,” is set to hit theaters in December
In the United States, “Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom” has already had its indicative rating defined. As reported by ComicBookMovie (via Omelete), the production is recommended for people over 13 years old, as the plot features “sci-fi violence and inappropriate language”.
It is worth remembering that on September 16th the film had its official dubbed trailer released by Warner Bros. Pictures, where fans of the hero can check out a small preview of the scenes and plot that make up the second film in the franchise starring Jason Momoa. Remember!
The film’s synopsis reads: “Now more fearsome than ever, Black Manta wields the power of the mythical Black Trident and its ancient malevolent force. To defeat him, Aquaman will turn to his brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis, still in prison, to forge an unlikely alliance. Together, they will have to put aside their differences to protect their kingdom, save Aquaman’s family and the world from irreversible destruction.”
In the cast, there is the return of Jason Momoa in the main role; as well as the actors: Patrick Wilsonas Orm, Aquaman’s half-brother and enemy; Nicole Kidmanlike Atlanna; Amber Heardlike Mera and Dolph Lundgrenas King Nereus.
It is worth remembering that the release of the newest DC film will not be affected by the Hollywood actors and screenwriters’ strike, so the plot hits theaters on December 25th.
