The winners of Eurovision 2022 – the Kalush Orchestra group presented the first song, called The Fire Is Burning, without the participation of frontman Oleg Psyuk.
According to the musicians, in this composition they sought to convey a person’s deep connection with his identity and nature.
“Our song is about the inner fire that exists in every person and thanks to which you move in life, overcoming obstacles and reaching new heights. I think that our home, our land, supports this fire,” commented Timofey Muzychuk at the premiere.
