In recent weeks, rumors on the internet claimed that the owner of Woody, Buzz and company would be back in ‘Toy Story 5’
In recent days, rumors have started to reverberate on the internet that Andy, the character of “Toy Story”, will be back in the fifth film of the franchise, after a publication made by the portal The DisInsider confirms the presence of the character in the new film from Pixar.
However, as reflected by the portal O Vício, the fact would have been denied by the insider My Time To Shine Hello. The information has not yet been confirmed by Disney and Pixar. It is worth remembering that the owner of Woody, Buzz and company has not participated in the “Toy Story” films since the third sequel, when we follow the boy entering college.
Announced by surprise earlier this year, so far, there is still not much information about “Toy Story 5”, or release date. During a recent interview with the Daily Mail, the actor Tim Allenwho is the official voice actor for the character Buzz Lightyear, revealed that the fifth film has been in the works for a long time.
“Toy Story 5 had been planned for a long time, but we just couldn’t get into it. Then Disney announced this about two months ago. I made friends with everyone in Toy Story, especially Tom Hanks [intérprete de Woody]. So I am blessed to have these friends in my life. I love this character. I love this story. So I always wait to see the script,” Allen said.
Despite the dissatisfaction of some fans with a fifth film, the director Pete Doctor defended the creation of another film of “Toy Story” in February this year during an interview with The Wrap, where he stated that there is still much to be explored in the universe of Andy’s toys.
“What we’re really trying to do, and that’s been the case for a while now, is we look at them a little bit like, okay, we’re not planning ahead. When we made the first Toy Story, we had no idea there was going to be Toy Story 2. We were just trying to make this movie. But when finished, it takes you to unexpected places, which is what I love about the creative process. If I knew exactly what I was doing when I started making a film, it wouldn’t make sense to do it. I discover a lot along the way. [Toy Story 5] It has some really fun stuff that you haven’t seen before.”
