During St. John’s Day, the daughter of Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II of Monaco made a remarkable appearance on the balcony of the palace wearing a royal bun.
The Monegasque royal family dressed in their best to kick off the Saint-Jean festivities. On the evening of Friday, June 23, Prince Albert II appeared on the balcony of his palace alongside Princess Charlene and their twins Jacques and Gabrielle to celebrate this custom that marks the summer solstice. They attended the traditional bonfire and folk dance show, which took place in the courtyard of the prince’s palace. Beyond the parade and ceremony, little Gabriella, 8, grabbed all the attention.
Dressed in a white lace gown, Jacque’s twin sister was shown in a high chignon that topped her long bangs and tied with a pearl elastic. This was one of the few times she appeared with her hair tied up, a change from her usual bob cut. An angelic allure and elegance that made her look like her grandmother, Grace Kelly.
