Palm Angels Boutique – 217 Rue Saint-Honoré, Paris Palm Angels
Last March, during women’s fashion week, Palm Angels opened its first Parisian boutique at 217 rue Saint-Honoré. A mixed-influenced space dedicated to chic streetwear.
Who doesn’t remember the skateboarders of Venice Beach, Santa Monica Beach, the vintage shops of Los Angeles, casual look and the relaxed atmosphere of the City of Angels?
Enamored with California, where he spent most of his youth, Francesco Ragazzi, creator and founder of Palm Angels, wanted to pay homage to the United States through his luxury label. A brand that has become a true lifestyle over the years, both casual and retro vintage chic.
A tribute to American culture
It was in 2014 that Palm Angels was born. Passionate about photography, Francesco Ragazzi has immortalized Californian skateboarders for almost two years. His paintings are then published by Rizzoli in a book with a foreword by Pharrell Williams. The trick is played, the success story begins.
A year later, he expressed the free spirit of skateboarders through the creation of his own label, which he visually captured in his work. A native of Milan, Francesco Ragazzi brilliantly connects the aesthetic codes and materials of his country with the American culture, which he particularly likes. The result? California look made in Italy.
Since 2015, the designer has multiplied cooperation with brands: Moncler, Vans, Vilebrequin, Barbour. A series of successes.
Cool and sophisticated label
Over the years, Palm Angels, which has become a reference for streetwear style, has naturally developed and diversified its offer. So we find, in addition to mixed fashion collections, men’s and women’s, a children’s line, accessories and even items for the home.
For women, depending on the season, there are sun collections, flawless XXL striped tailoring, floral prints, colorful knits and of course a bold logo. A style that wonderfully combines glamor with laid-back 1990s California.
