Time coffee shop. Café Nuances

Café Nuances. Corrot brothers trendy cafe. Shades of coffee

This is the story of two brothers who wanted to expand the sometimes elite society of cafes in the capital. After living in the USA, Charles and Raphael Coroner realized the importance of coffee in everyone’s life, especially the French. These “coffee lovers” then decided to create Café Nuances, located in the very posh Vendôme district. The location is strategic to accommodate both the cosmopolitan foreign population and Parisian employees of the district. Located in a former creamery, installed by Julien Sebban Studio Uchronia, the building is also listed as a historical monument. Here, the coffee is a masterpiece made of six types. Slow Dance, originating from Burma, reveals notes of chocolate and pecans. Rose des Sables from Ethiopia reveals a subtle floral flavor. Wabi from Peru is tart and fruity. The Coffee & Cigarettes, from Indonesia, offers a light woody aroma. Meteorite, whose grain comes from Honduras, means a delicate rum flavor. Finally, the new kid on the block, the pistachio nut. As summer approaches, Café Nuances will now offer iced teas.

I’ll be Martinez’s chef.”

Other names of gastronomy are also present to feed the festival visitors; Julien Dubois and Juan Arbele make their Cannes debut as a duo in Le Nomade (3), 3.14 Hotel.
