An important member of the team that receives the name of Guardians of the Galaxy, Gamora has some meaningless facts in her trajectory in the MCU; discover 5 of them!
Gamora was included in the MCU in 2014 through the first film of the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ franchise. The character who has one of the most exciting trajectories in the integrated universe of Marvel movies has some inconsistencies in her story.
With that in mind, RECREIO has put together a list below, based on information gathered by Screenrant, with 5 nonsense things about the Most Dangerous Woman in the Galaxy. Look!
1. Gamora went to Luganenhum
In ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, Thanos was looking for the sixth and final Infinity Gem to complete the Gauntlet slots and perform the blip, but the only person who knew the location of the Soul Gem was Gamora.
So why does she decide to go with Knowhere to try to eliminate Thanos head to head when she knows she should stay away from the Mad Titan since she has the last thing he wants?
2. Gamora fell in love with Peter Quill

Gamora is focused and determined, while Peter is a prankster who doesn’t listen to advice and easily changes plans. The duo is completely opposite, in addition, Gamora’s characteristics seem to cancel out at certain times with Peter. With that, how could the couple have worked out? It just doesn’t make sense.
3. The title of ‘Most Dangerous Woman in the Galaxy’ not being honored in the MCU

In the comics, Gamora receives the title of ‘Most Dangerous Woman in the Galaxy’ due to her physical and strategic abilities that make her an exceptional warrior and assassin.
Still, the title is not put to the test in the MCU, as it is common for Gamora to lose battles against her enemies, as in the first film in the franchise, where Peter Quill easily makes her go to the ground while the two disputed the possession of the Orb. in Xandar.
4. Gamora not having her abilities exploited

With that, another point without any logic is exposed: why are Gamora’s abilities not explored in the movies?
The character was bionically advanced by Thanos, causing her to have super strength, improved vision, high and fast regeneration capacity, thus, in fights against humans, she would hardly be defeated, but in the MCU the strengths of the character and her high capacity for destruction are not seen.
5. Gamora’s Costume

Superhero costumes aren’t very functional in general, this has been an observation that’s been made for some time. Still, there’s no way not to mention the fact that Gamora wears heeled boots to fight her enemies. Wasn’t footwear supposed to harm her as a warrior and assassin?
