Great for joints
Elastic makes certain movements easier. you go from standing to plank position without feeling your weight, and bounce back up like a spring. It’s fun and especially exciting for fragile joints. Ankles and knees are really protected as impacts on the ground are reduced. Bungee fitness is suitable for beginners because the elastic makes certain movements easier. The important thing is to find a course at your level, a trainer who listens, and take the time to master the specific gestures associated with the presence of elastic.
