Brad Pitt is packing. After spending almost thirty years in his residence in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, the actor is leaving for new horizons… and putting his house up for sale. To afford it, you need to pay 39 million dollars (36 million euros). The actor bought it in 1994 from actress Cassandra Peterson, known for her role in the saga “Elvira, Mistress of Darkness”, for a much less significant sum of $1.7 million (€1.6 million).
The property has appreciated and been renovated over the years. The asking price at the first sale last January was even $45 million (€41 million). The money finally dropped, without clear reasons.
