5 animated Disney dads who deserved more attention

Among some Disney characters that deserved greater prominence within the production company are some parents

Among the numerous Disney productions and characters, many end up having a smaller prominence in the production company when compared to the main characters of the films and series of the brand that have great knowledge through the public.

Still inserted in this scenario, an example to be cited are the parents of animated Disney characters, who are not always as prominent as other characters. Knowing this, RECREIO went after 5 excited parents from disney that deserved more attention. Check it out below:

1. Roberto Pêra, from ‘The Incredibles’

In addition to being a superhero, in ‘The Incredibles’ Roberto Pêra was an excellent father. In the first film of the franchise, Beto had been scolded because of his boredom to fight everyday crime, but when he became a father, he surprised everyone with his dedication.

2. Maurice from ‘Beauty and the Beast’

Maurice, a kind and caring character, dedicates his life to caring for his daughter, Belle. They live together, and Maurice takes care of the princess without any complaints. The same still does everything to support her in a dignified way.

The character still encourages Bela in her studies and always tries to encourage the young woman in her choices.

3. James from ‘The Princess and the Frog’

Being considered one of Disney’s best fathers, James has an early death, which is one of the reasons he doesn’t appear so much in the film. Tiana’s dream of having her own restaurant as an adult came from her father’s love of cooking with her when she was little.

4. Gepetto, from ‘Pinocchio’

Before becoming Pinocchio’s father, Geppetto already had a desire for this responsibility. Geppetto, like other Disney dads, puts everything he has into being a good father to his son, who, despite everything, goes astray because of his bad decisions.

5. Chief Tui from ‘Moana’

Chief Tui does everything to protect Moana, including trying to prevent her from exploring the ocean in many ways. The father-daughter relationship that the two have is a very interesting relationship, considering that Tui does his best to always have fun with Moana, also teaching her the moral lessons that will help the girl.
