5 Things About ‘Beauty and the Beast’ That Don’t Make Sense

With a catalog full of productions about princesses, fairies and remarkable characters, Disney has countless films that marked generations and impress new viewers to this day.

But, in addition to being great highlights within the universe of animations and productions in general, the disney he usually inserts in his films some stretches that don’t make sense, and sometimes, these stretches even extend to characters.

Knowing this, RECREIO went after 5 things about ‘A Bela e a Fera’ that don’t make any sense. Check it out below:

1. Beast’s lack of etiquette

Despite being a gentleman, Beast doesn’t know many of the etiquettes for being in society. This is because the character, who has his feelings developing for Bela, does not know how to eat properly, thus consuming food in an impolite way.

2. Beast defending Belle

This is one of the most iconic scenes in ‘Beauty and the Beast’. During this part of the film, after Belle tries to run away, Beast defends the princess from a pack of wolves in the forest.

After this episode, Beast is injured, and so, Belle ends up taking her defender to the castle. However, the problem is precisely this: how did Belle manage to take Beast’s body, considering that he is much bigger than her?

3. Belle’s Popularity

In the small village where Bela lives, people believe that she is funny for no apparent reason, even having some villagers blame her father, thus judging the princess’s strangeness. Still, Gaston is the only one who doesn’t care if she’s smart as long as she’s pretty.

4. Prince Adam’s Castle

Prince Adam’s castle is not far from the village, which means that everyone who lives nearby or even far away should know where the monument is, as well as remember who lives there: the prince. However, the problem is precisely the fact that no one was surprised that one day they had a prince and the next they didn’t.

5. Adam

During the film’s storyline, it is implied that Prince Adam was only 11 years old when he was transformed into a vicious creature. However, in addition to the countless questions that surround Adam’s life, one of the biggest is: what happened to his parents?
