Chelsea Handler sure knows how to party and blow away her critics with a smile.
The comedian celebrated her 48th birthday last week by hitting the runway in a bikini. While showing off her skills in an Instagram video set to Eminem’s “Without Me,” Handler took time to shade Tucker Carlson in a separate post.
“This one’s for you, Tucker!” Handler captioned the photo.
Handler recently posted a hilarious video detailing her enjoyable life without the responsibilities of motherhood. Covering her on Fox News, Carlson called Handler a “deeply unpleasant old woman who never had children.”
Carlson’s guest on February’s episode, podcast host Jesse Kelly, took things even further.
“Women were told they should have a career and not have a family or anything like that,” Kelly said. “And soon you will be Chelsea Handler. It’s almost Valentine’s Day and your belly looks like dry grass blowing in an old west town and your Valentine’s Day date for the tenth year in a row is a 10 1/2 year old copy of “Magic Mike”. -Bottle full of Xanax and try to pretend you’re happy.
Right-wing podcaster Ben Shapiro said “how miserable I am” was “written all over” Handler’s face.
“Oh,” Handler said in a video response. “Why would I need my children when I can hear these complaints all the time? … You seem so turned on by me. I mean, damn Tucker, I think it’s time you asked yourself a serious question.
“Are you really mad at how much freedom I have?” continued. “Or are you upset that you haven’t been able to get it from me yet? Oh, and a quick shout out to Ben Shapiro. Thank you for helping the cause of missing children.
Handler, who hit the slopes topless for her 47th birthday last year, appears to be doing well. He mentioned in his response video that he sent “10 different people” to college, wrote six bestsellers and recently released a new Netflix special.
