Stephen Colbert was all too excited to break his New Year’s resolutions on Tuesday’s episode of “The Late Show.”
Colbert said during his first post-holiday show that he promised to drink less and “not rejoice when bad things happen” to Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) in 2023.
