The artists presented a modern version of the track on the show Quiet Evening with Olena Kravets.
“This song could not help sounding on New Year’s Eve, because it was born for a long time, but received a second wind this year. And for the people who will perform it, this year has been a breakthrough. A very cool combination,” Kravets said.
Note that earlier this song was covered by the Ukrainian presenter Lesya Nikityuk. He created a humorous cover of the track, which he adapted to wartime conditions.
Recall that the Russian group Nogu!, which condemned the war in Ukraine, presented the song Happy New Year, son! and a clip for it.
